I LEFT MY COAT IN THE CLOAKROOM OR I LOST SOMETHING IN THE VENUE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Call us on 0115 848 6200 or fill out our lost property form with a description of the item and someone will get back to you within 48 hours if it is found. We may require you to provide a government-issued ID when collecting. We do not post out any lost items. We can only keep lost items for 28 days; after that, items get donated to charity or destroyed.

The Level has step-free access and accessible toilets on all floors of the venue. If you have any requirements please get in touch.

Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes, we do. We have plenty of space for coats, jackets, umbrellas and accessories that you want to get rid of before you begin your night. If you forget to pick up anything from our cloakroom, contact us via email or fill out a lost property form . You can collect your belongings between 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. We can only keep cloakroom items for a maximum of 28 days.
Is there seating?
This depends on the event that you are attending. For most events the majority of our space is standing. If you do require seating for any reason please get in touch with us and we will be happy to provide a more comfortable space for you.
Is THERE ANY REASON I WOULD be refused entry?
We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear intoxicated or behave inappropriately in the queue, we might refuse you entry without a refund.
WILL THERE BE STROBE LIGHTING OR PYROTECHNICS IN USE?
Most shows will have some form of strobe lighting. If you have any concerns or questions on a particular show then please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist where we can.
WHAT SAFETY PROCEDURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
At The Level we pride ourselves on creating a fun and safe environment for everyone who attends any of our events. We have well-trained staff in place who will be happy to help with any concerns. Talk to them if you require any assistance. Our security teams will conduct bag searches on entry, please assist them by bringing only what is needed. For the safety of all customers and staff we have CCTV in operation.
